Automatic Payments
Enrollment in our Enrichment Program includes the option for automatic payments. You can set up automatic payments using a debit or credit card, and you will be billed based on the number of days your pet is enrolled in the program each month. The debit will occur on the same day each month that you initially enrolled in this convenient Enrichment Easy~Pay Program. Please note that Unleash’d Membership billing is separate from the Enrichment Easy~Pay billing.

Rollover Days
Any unused days within a month will roll over for up to two months in the future. In the event that your dog has a scheduled off day within the current month, you can schedule an additional day within the next two months to utilize the purchased day effectively.

Refunds and Overages
Unused days are non-refundable; however, you have the option to make up for missed days during the two-month Rollover Period. In the event of canceling your Enrichment Program Enrollment, any pre-purchased and unused days on your account will be forfeited.

Change To Billing Cycle
Should you opt for a future billing day, please be aware that you will not have any days available for use until that selected day. Please make sure you log in and add your credit card to your file if you haven’t already.

1 Day Weekly: $200*
2 Days Weekly: $400*
3 Days Weekly: $600*
4 Days Weekly: $800*
5 Days Weekly: $1,000*
*Subscriptions are based on a 4-week billing cycle. Additional calendar days may fall outside of this 4-week scope, and will be charged separately at pick-up.
